MR. BASHIRU A. LASISI -Chairman
A graduate of Business Studies from North West Polytechnic (now North London University).He had his post graduate qualifications in Marketing and Office Management from the Institue of Administration both in England.

He retired as an Executive Director of Vitafoam Nigeria Plc in March 2004 and was re-appointed to the Board as a non-Executive Director in September 2004.

Mr. Lasisi joined the Board of Vono Products Plc as Chairman on 25th of August, 2010.

MRS. TITILOLA T. BAKARE-Managing Director
Mrs Titilola Bakare is a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Education (Guidance & Counseling) from the University of Lagos and a Masters Degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Manchester.

Before her appointment to the office of Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Vono Products Plc on 25th of August 2010, Mrs Bakare had had a successful working career with Vitafoam Nigeria Plc from 1997 to 2010 where she rose to the position of Head Human Resources.

She is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School and has attended several Management courses both in Nigeria and overseas.

MR. JOEL OLATOYE AJIGA
Mr. Joel Ajiga is a Chemical Engineering graduate of University of Benin. He graduated with a Second Class Upper Division.

He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers, Nigerian Institute of Management and Certified Institute of Cost Management of Nigeria. He attended the Senior Management Programme of Lagos Business School, Pan African University, Lagos in 2007.

He Joined Vitafoam Nigeria Plc as Production Manager in 1991 and rose through the ranks to become Technical Director in December 2008.

Mr Ajiga joined the board of Vono Products Plc on 25th August, 2010 as a non- Executive Director.

DR. MOHAMMED YINUSA
Dr. Mohammed Yinusa is the Group Managing Director/CEO of DN Tyre and Rubber Plc (formely Dunlop Nigeria Plc) and also Chairman, Board of Director of Pamol Nigeria Limited, a subsidiary company. He is on the Board of several other organizations.

Dr. Yinusa holds the degree B.Sc Accounting, Master of Business Administration and an Honourary degree of Doctor of Science (D.Sc.) from the Eurpoean - American University.

He is a fellow, Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria and Member, Institute of Directors and the Nigerian Institute of Management; also an Associate member, Institute of Personal Management of Nigeria, Nigeria Institute of Marketing and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.

Dr. Yinusa was appointed to the Board of Vono Products Plc on 25th of August,2010 in a non-executive capacity.

MR. STEPHEN S. MAYAKI
Mr. Mayaki graduated from the University of Technology Leicestershire, England with 2nd Class upper degree in Mechanical Engineering. He was appointed the Group Managing Director of Vono Products Plc in May 2008 and resigned from the position in August, 2010. He remains on the Board in a non-executive capacity.

He is an astute and result oriented Administrator with proven skill in corporate management. He joined the service of UACN plc in 1997 as the Divisional Managing Director (Property Division) UAC Nigeria Plc and later as the pioneer Managing Director of UACN Property Development Company Plc. He also held the position of the Managing Director, Chemical and Allied Products Plc. Prior to this time, he had worked at Knight Frank & Rutley where he rose to the position of an Associate. Mr. Mayaki is on the board of Thomas Wyatt Nigeria Plc, Arbico Plc, Greenwich Trsut Limited, Valmon Securities Limited amongst others. He is an Associate memeber of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor and a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and the Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers.
