Vono Products Plc is a complete Foam, Furniture and Bedding Company with large array of products designed to ensure Comfort, Development and conducive Learning.
Our plant consists of three factories namely:
- Foam Factory
- Furniture Factory and
- Metal Factory
Our Factories are fully equipped with the following machines for different purposes:

Shearing Machines: These machines cut angle flat strip sharply. It is capable of cutting 225mmx25mm, 40mmx40mm and 50mmx50mm Angle iron. It can also cut 25mmx3mm and 19mmx3mm. Each of these machines has a capacity of cutting 1,000 lengths per day.

Pipe Cutting Machines: These machines cut hollow pipes both tubular and square tubes. Each has a capacity of cutting 800 lengths per day.
- Bending Machines: These machines bend hollow pipes both tubular and square tubes to various angles. The machines are capable of handling 19mm, 22mm and 38mm round tube. 25mmx5mm square tube can also be bent to various angles. Each of the bending machines has a capacity of bending 400 lengths per day.
- Bronzx Presses: These machines are capable of folding plates, punching holes through plates and angle. These machines are multipurpose – the fixtures attached to the machine will determine the nature of the job it can perform. Each of the machines is capable of handling 1,000 lengths per day.
- Sweeney Press: These machines are used to punch holes in 40mm x 40mm and 25mmx25mm angles. They can be used to flatten pipes. Each of the machines has a capacity of punching 1500 holes per day.
- Drilling Machines: These are machines used to drill holes in both hollow pipes, both round and square tubes. Each of the machines can drill 500 holes per day.
- Welding Section: We have a welding section that contains 10 welding booths. This means that ten welders can independently work in each booth without disturbing each other.
- Spraying Section: We have three spraying booths. Each booth can take two sprayers at a time.
- Oven: We have a quick drying oven. This makes our spraying job faster.
- Furniture Section: We have a Furniture factory equipped with modern machines for quality output with desired finishing and volume.
- Foam Section: The Quality of Foams are measured by the DENSITY and degree of RESILENCE. We have the state of art Foam production plant that supplies all the required density of foam. The foaming plant currently produces 15 tons of foam per day. We also have Vertical and Horizontal cutting Machines for conversion of foam blocks to various sizes of mattresses for domestic and commercial purposes.
