EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT

MRS. TITILOLA T. BAKARE: THE MANAGING DIRECTOR/CEO
The executive management is headed by Mrs. Titilola T. Bakare as Managing Director/CEO.

MR. ADEBAYO ADEYANJU – ACTING FINANCE CONTROLLER
Mr. Adebayo Adeyanju holds the degree of B.Sc. Accounting from Ogun State University (now Olabisi Onabanjo University), Ago Iwoye and is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. He has over 13 years experience in Professional Practice, Banking and Insurance and is presently the Head of Audit Services of Vitafoam Nigeria Plc. He is on secondment to Vono Products Plc.

MR. VICTOR OLANREWAJU KAYODE – HEAD HUMAN RESOURCES
A seasoned Industrial and Personnel Relations practitioner, Mr. Kayode holds a Masters Degree in Industrial and Labour Relations from the University of Ibadan after obtaining a Higher National Diploma in Hotel and Catering Management from the Polytechnic, Owo, Ondo State.  He has well over 23 years working experience in Human Resources Development and Hospitality practice.  Prior to joining Vono as Head Human Resources, Mr. Kayode was the Human Resource Manager of Novotel.  He was a pioneer staff of the Sheraton Hotel and Towers, Lagos and former Executive Director, Training and Development in the Professional Hospitality Training Academy.  He is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and the Nigerian Industrial Relations Association.  He has written several papers on HR practice and attended various courses.

MR. OLALEKAN A. SANNI - COMPANY SECRETARY / LEGAL ADVISER
Prior to his joining the company in August 2003 as the Company Secretary, Mr. Sanni had worked as a Legal Practioner in several Law Firms and also had teaching experience as Lecturer of Business/Commercial Law in Lagos State Polytechnic. He later joined the service of Amicable Assurance Plc in January 1997 as the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser. A 1991 Law graduate of the University of Lagos, Mr. Sanni was called to the bar in 1992 following a 2nd class uppper result in bar exams. He is an Associate memeber of the Nigeria Institute of Management and has attended various management courses.

MR. SAMUEL CHINEDU AHAMS – TECHNICAL MANAGER
Mr. Ahams Samuel Chinedu is a Graduate of Mechanical Engineering and holds a Post-graduate Diploma and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the prestigious University of Calabar. He is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School. A member of various professional bodies.

Mr. Ahams joined Vitafoam Nigeria Plc as an assistant Manager (Maintenance) in 1993 and has worked in various locations of the company in Nigeria as Factory Manager.

He was promoted into senior management cadre in September 2010 and subsequently re-deployed to Vono Products Plc., Mushin as Technical Manager to head the Technical Team.

MR. ABAYOMI A. ADENIJI – HEAD OF LOGISTICS
Mr. Adeniji is a 1985 graduate of Chemistry from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University).

He was a lecturer at Kano State College of Eductaion between 1986 and 1990 worked briefly with National Bank of Nigeria Limited before joining Vitafoam Nigeria Plc as an Assistant Manager (Production) in 1995. He has worked in various locations of the company in Nigeria as Factory Manager before being appointed as Logistics manager in January, 2010. He was redeployed to Vono Products Plc in September 2010 as Head of Logistics.

Mr. Adeniji is an Associate member of Nigeria Institute of Production Management, Polymer Institute of Nigeria, Nigeria Economic Society. He is an Alumnus of Jos Business School.

FOLUSO AJULO – HEAD, SALES AND MARKETING
Foluso Ajulo holds a B.Sc (Hons) degree in Food Science and Technology and an MBA in Marketing from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife.

She is an affiliate member of Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK).

Foluso has over 15 years experience in Sales and Marketing in FMCG industry and has worked in various companies including UAC Foods, UACN P&PP, CHI Limited and Vitafoam Nigeria Plc.
