Board Chairman - Mr. Bashiru A. Lasisi

MR. BASHIRU A. LASISI

A graduate of Business Studies from NorthWest Polytechnic (now North London University). He had his post graduate qualifications in Marketing and Office Management from the Institute of Marketing and the Institute of Administration both in England. He retired as an Executive Director of Vitafoam Nigeria Plc in March 2004 and was re-appointed to the Board as a non-Executive Director in September 2004.
Mr. Lasisi joined the Board of Vono Products Plc as Chairman on 25th of August, 2010.

Managing Director/Board Member - Mrs. Titilola Bakare

MRS. TITILOLA T. BAKARE

Mrs. Titilola Bakare is a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Education (Guidance & Counseling) from the University of Lagos and a Masters Degree in Human Resources Development from University of Manchester. Before her appointment to the office of Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Vono Products Plc on 25th of August 2010, Mrs. Bakare had had a successful working career with Vitafoam Nigerian Plc from 1997 to 2010 where she rose to the position of Head Human Resources. She is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School and has attended several Management courses both in Nigeria and overseas.

Board Member - Mr. Joel Ajiga

Mr. Joel Ajiga

Mr. Joel Ajiga is a Chemical Engineering graduate of University of Benin. He graduated with a Second Class Upper Division. He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers, Nigerian Institute of Management and Certified Institute of Cost Management of Nigeria. He attended the Senior Management Programme of Lagos Business School, Pan African University, Lagos in 2007. He joined Vitafoam Nigeria Plc as Production Manager in 1991 and rose through the ranks to become Technical Director in December 2008. Mr. Ajiga joined the board of Vono Products Plc on 25th August, 2010 as a non-Executive Director.

Board Member - Dr. Mohammed Yinusa

Dr. Mohammed Yinusa

Dr. Mohammed Yinusa is the Group Managing Director/CEO of DN Tyre and Rubber Plc (formerly Dunlop Nigeria Plc) and also Chairman, Board of Director of Pamol Nigeria Limited, a subsidiary company. He is on the Board of several other organizations. Dr. Yinusa holds the degree B.Sc Accounting, Master of Business Administration and an Honourary degree of Doctor of Science (D.Sc.) from the European – American University. He is a Fellow, Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria and Member, Institute of Directors and the Nigeria Institute of Management; also an Associate member, Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, Nigeria Institute of Marketing and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. Dr. Yinusa was appointed to the Board of Vono Products Plc on 25th of August, 2010 in a non-executive capacity.

Board Member - Professor Olumide Obafemi Olusanya

Professor Olumide Obafemi Olusanya

Professor Olumide Obafemi Olusanya is an Urban and Systems Building Consultant. He holds a B.sc in Architecture from the University of Oregon and Master in Architecture from the University of Washington.He has worked in varoius capacities in the education sector in Nigeria and USA. He was once a Dean of the Faculty of Environmental Science, University of Lagos .He was involved in work research relating to the housing problem in Nigeria, sustainable industrial system building in a developing economy and he pioneered the housing cooperative initiative. He was the Consultant Architect to many Housing Projects in Private, State and Federal sectors in Nigeria. He is presently a Professor of Architecture, University of Lagos.

Head of Finance and Administration - Mr Joseph Alegbesogie

JOSEPH ALEGBESOGIE

Mr Joseph Alegbesogie is a Chartered Accountant, and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He holds a first degree in Management from the University of Port Harcourt. He joined Vono Products Plc in February 2013, having held senior positions in leadership roles, with over 17 years professional practice experience in accounting, audit, taxation, and receivership. He worked at Messrs Giwa-Osagie, DFK & Co. (Chartered Accountants) as Audit Manager, and Whassan Nigeria Ltd (a former subsidiary of Compass Group Plc, UK) as Financial Controller.

Operations Manager – Kunle Lasisi

KUNLE LASISI

Kunle Lasisi is a highly competent and versatile supp[y chain professional with over 15 years of experience within the supply chain functions in various FMCG industries in Nigeria including Consolidated Breweries plc, PZ, and most recently, Cadbury Nigeria Plc. His experience span across major functions including Engineering, Production and Logistics Management. Kunle holds a BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a second class upper division from Lagos state university and an MBA from Federal University of Technology, Owerri. He is a member of many professional bodies including; Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply CIPS (uk), Institute of Logistics, The Institution of Incorporated Engineers , The institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), and an incorporated Engineer (IEng) of the Engineering Council, UK. He has attended many professional and management courses. Kunle was born on November 11, 1970 and He is married with 3 children.

Head Sales and Marketing - Foluso Ajulo

Foluso Ajulo holds a B.Sc (Hons) degree in Food Science and Technology and an MBA in Marketing from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife. She is an affiliate member of Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK). Foluso has over 15 years experience in Sales and Marketing in FMCG industry and has worked in various companies including UAC Foods, UACN P&PP, CHI Limited and Vitafoam Nigeria Plc.

Head Logistic Manager - Odebisi Idowu Samuel

Odebisi Idowu Samuel

Odebisi Idowu Samuel is a graduate of Olabisi Onabanjo University (formerly Ogun State University). He studied Economics. He has just completed an MBA (Finance) from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho. He is also a Professional Member of Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Management of Nigeria. He has been a Supply Chain Management / Logistics Practitioner for well over Twelve years from Nigeria Distilleries Limited. While he was with Nigeria Distilleries Limited, he attended Management Conferences and many Training in Nigeria covering Management Development Program, Fundamentals of Management, Effective Business Communication, Targeted Selection, Situational Leadership and Safety. Notably, he also attended training in Accra, Ghana on Public Procurement: Concepts, Planning and Strategies. He is married with children

Company Secretary/Legal Adviser - Mr. Olalekan A. Sanni

MR. OLALEKAN A. SANNI

Prior to his joining the company in August 2003 as the Company Secretary, Mr. Sanni had worked as a Legal Practitioner in several Law Firms and also had teaching experience as Lecturer of Business/Commercial Law in Lagos State Polytechnic. He later joined the service of Amicable Assurance Plc in January 1997 as the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser. A 1991 Law graduate of the University of Lagos, Mr. Sanni was called to the bar in 1992 following a 2nd class upper result in the bar exams. He is an Associate member of the Nigeria Institute of Management and has attended various management courses.
